Notes: Due to the popularity of the first part I was inspired to expand the story.
This is also where it starts owing even more to the Disney version. :P

Gojyo and Prince Hakkai spent much time together, swimming in the seawater swimming pool, playing cards on the beach...Gojyo thought the cards were an especially nifty invention from the humans.
Just when he thought he might have a chance of beating Hakkai at them, unexpected news arrived.

After that, Hakkai seemed to have hardly any free time, certainly not enough to travel away from his castle every day. This was distressing.

Sanzo the Crab was very annoyed about being cried on, and swam away in a huff, muttering about stupid princes and mermans.
Goku the Beluga flipped his tail commiseratingly, and after a moments thought, remembered a story about a Sea Witch who lived in the dark depths of the ocean.
It was told she could fulfill any wish.
"Thought, it's also said she is quite dangerous." Goku mused.

Dangerous or not, Gojyo went to search for the witch at once.
And he found her, for she wished to be found.

"I will fulfill your wish." The Sea Witch said, smiling sweetly. "Alas, there's something I want in return...your ~~virginity~~ voice."

Gojyo shrugged, and acceded to the requirement of the witch.
He would miss his conversations with Hakkai, but at least he could be by his side.

Alas, there was something the witch knew which Gojyo didn't. Prince Hakkai was blind as a bat without his glasses, which had broken just before he met Gojyo, and had only just arrived back from the glassworker.

When an unfamiliar naked man suddenly ran up to him, Hakkai's first impulse was to call for the security.
It was all awfully awkward.

The Sea Witch laughed in her lair, watching the meeting through her magic.
"The fool! He will never guess all he needs to do to break the curse is to kiss--"
