movie yayness

stalkerbunnySaw the original 1954 version of Sabrina yesterday, which I've somehow missed before.
There's an odd sense of...delightful focus on details in the movie.
Not to mention I don't think I've seen a suicide attempt portrayed as a lightly comedic scene too often. :9
Also, Audrey Hepburn is scarily cute, whereas Humbrey Bogart's character Linus Larrabee was...he was downright devious!
Both when doing businessy stuff, and then later when he was emoing at Hepburns character to seduce her. So manipulative and I really shouldn't like that in fictional characters as much as I do :D ♥
Of course it helped he wasn't actually evil. *ahem*. :3
Poor bubbly David, he didn't have a chance. :'D
Can't say much, of course, since it's all secrit and so on, but first thoughts while reading it:
about the pairing...

On the other hand, it's something I actually ship, but then again...it scares me a bit nevertheless :'D
The list of unwanted things helps a bit, thought...the prompt as well, because *hee* :D
