Costume time! Part 2

Another one of these, and then... I'm really itching to make new ones but don't really have neither the resources nor any reason to in sight? Meh.
Again we go back a bit... to around 2010?
First the one that is actually based on something. IOW Hungary from Axis Powers Hetalia, in the last of her designs from when she was still dressing up as a man. At the time there weren't a lot of canon references for it, I think the only ones with colour (and clear detail) were fanarts. Haven't followed the canon/fandom too closely so don't know if that's changed since.
Anyway, it's supposed to be... from around the Renaissance era, I think? Though obviously not very historically accurate. Fun to wear, anyway. Putting on that cape was like being given this extra boost of confidence. :'D I also quite liked the... leg tubes (that my mom made to simulate the long boots the outfit should have had), and the way they enhanced my legs. Because my legs are one of the body parts I'm quite happy with. But maybe you didn't need to know that.
Downside? The day and place me and my sister chose for a photoshoot didn't really produce the best pictures and we never got around to doing another. *shrug*

Sans cape. (srsly the light in these pictures was hopeless. Or maybe I'm just too pale to wear white...)

The lace on the sleeves was the prettiest though.
/terrible pictures (well, from this set.)
You'll be seeing the cape again though, because it was too awesome not to reuse.
Moving onto the "choose a theme and whatever is found in the closet" costumes.
Red:

Sort of superhero-esque(???). Less successful because cinched waist + overly ruffly shirt + my boobs = ridic results. Also it just had too much of everything and the light wasn't that great. Still, a couple of pictures turned put not TOO awful (also I liked the face paint).

Also too much of everything... yet not enough that I wouldn't have been freezing. So another not great shoot. I've since sold the yellow dress though so might as well post these as a farewell.

Last one! (props to anyone who got this far)
This was sort of a test thing. On trying to take pictures in water, so I chose whatever I wouldn't care about getting stained. Got carried away with face paint though, with somewhat creepy results...

Yup, all pretty and painterly as long as you can't see my face. So I'll add one at the end just for the dorky smile.

Goodbyeeee~ *rolls away*
