So, still watching Gensoumaden Saiyuki (the first anime), and the apptly numbered :P episode 39 raised some questions...

Not about Homura's apparent handcuff kink, because...not surprised there, but...

Did Sanzo and Hakkai actually consider Goku would switch over to Homura's side?
Sure, the viewers have had some indication that Homura isn't entirely evil, but when have the ikkou seen any evidence of that, huh?
I'd have especially thought Hakkai of all people wouldn't have been first worried about of Stockholm-syndrome when his friend is kidnapped by someone who seems way too interested in them, no less.
Was Sanzo actually in such a deep funk because of the rain he wasn't thinking at all?

And lastly...suddenly Homura decided to play matchmaker family consultant between Sanzo and Goku after all? o_O
