This time *cough* from
ginnyvos
1. Leave me a comment saying anything random, like your favorite lyric to your current favorite song.
2. I respond by asking you five personal questions so I can get to know you better.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this explanation and offer to ask someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be asked, you will ask them five questions.
1. Which of your OC's is dearest to you and why? Tell me all about him or her, please?
So difficult to choose...there's Ume, who's a grumpy old lady with a tragic past, or Rose who's an egoistic littlebitch princess, who never really grew up (for one reason or another).
And then there's Isla.
He's a shapechanging dragon who was sent to another kingdom as a child to ensure the peace...into slavery, to say it less nicely. In that other place they didn't quite know what to do with him, so he was placed as a playmate/bodyguard of a certain noble child.
His "master", later known as knight Laureus of Whitecloud would have eventually let him go, but even if his relatives didn't think Isla has gone hopelessly native, that wouldn't really be optional.
Besides, Laureus has an unfortunate tendency to get into all kinds of trouble, and needs all the help he can get.
It's told dragons don't lie, and that they have many powers. The second is probably true, but the first perhaps an excuse for their dislike of trite pleasantries. His brothers find Isla far too...polite. They say it's a deceptive habit. Isla himself will only smile at that, and say it's necessary to adapt to a different culture. Thought one can go too far in that as well.
The problem with Isla is that he's basically me putting together all the qualities I'd find cool in a character. And that makes me feel guilty of bad taste. >_>;
2. What is your ultimate dream job?
Illustrator. ¤_¤
3. If you could have any sort of psychic power, what power would that be?
I'm not sure I'd want to have one...all I can think of seem more or less scary :/.
Would levitation count as one thought?
4. Describe your ultimate boy or girlfriend
dream boyor girlfriend, right? :3
Someone I could have fun with, and who'd know my faults and not mind too much.
Someone a bit braver and more social than me, but not so popular I'd feel unnecessary.
Someone who shared my most important ideals, at least enough to feel comfortable with them.
5. What kind of house would you like to live in most?
An old, romantic/interesting one, preferably not alone.
