I was almost completely absent from the nets this weekend, how odd...
Reasons?
Well, mostly I was reading Jingo (Aka. Pojat Urhokkaat as it is in Finnish) to my sister, which was a lot of fun. :D Too bad I ran out of book. XP
Then, on Sunday the net wasn't working, and in the evening just as we were watching Idols there was a sort of bright flash outside and the power went out. It came back a moment later, but just as soon went out again, and there were two more flashes, after which it was dark.
After some confusion we came to the conclusion it wasn't 1)An EMP pulse 2)An explosion or 3)The onset of a zombie and/or E.T attack but that the electricity center or whateveritis outside near the road had simply shorted out.
The few hours afterwards we sat in the light of candles and talked a lot. So at least the power outage got everyone in the family into the same room for several hours. XP
