Original art + character sketches

Title: The Breakfast Guest
Warnings: Um...near nudity, and anatomy which doesn't even try to be realistic and probably still fails? + I can't actually write poetry. Run. Now. o_o;
Notes: The characters are (sort of) original characters from something I'll probably never get written, but changed so much from their actual pattern here that...their muses laugh at me. Really =_=; (shut up, you, or I'll draw a CANON illustration of you, that should be less fun, eh?)
In the end I desided to write this off as painting practice, since it was apparently doomed. Yup.
BREAKFAST GUEST
Hello, said the spider to the fly
sit down and rest a while.
where have you been, it's been such a long time.
Oh, I've been places, near and far
I've gone to the city, and stayed at the farm.
Even I can't remember all the places I've been,
and everywhere I left an impression most keen.
Is that so, the spider said with wonder.
Were you to the glittering city I heard of yonder?
though of recent I hear it glitters less...
Why surely I was, how did you guess?
The spider blinked with a multitude of eyes,
and then it thoughtfully looked to the skies.
I see the sun is climbing high,
do step in, it's near breakfast time.

Oy,
ginnyvos~
Just some quick preliminary character sketches, for something myself and
ginnyvos were plotting the other day, so might not be of interest to anyone else *shrug*.

So, that's Catharina Avila and our yet unnamed hero. (I know what we decided, but it seem my brain is already calling him Heron...orz >3<;)
Was too lazy to look up hairstyles for men at that time, so bear with this generic one (at least for now).
BTW, do you have any idea what Bernard Avila should look like? :3
Oh, and you know what might have been a nice name for Catharina. Beata. Or maybe that's just me >3> Never mind, bad idea. ^_^;
