I was going to post some old Eurovision songs that I like... and then I thought no one would care? But eh, it's my blog. :P
(you might have to turn on the subs at the little box first in lower right corner. DO IT)
Reasons I love it: The Finnish cover has become a classic there, so I've heard and enjoyed it now and then since childhood. Checking it up on youtube just a while ago I found out that besides the original being better, the singer looks like Jo Grant (mah bBY!!!). And the other day I found this version with subs and the original lyrics turned out to be much more poignant than the Finnish version. 8) (That distant howling you're hearing would be me.)
( then some cute Swedish guys, eighties hair and GLITTERRR. Not all at once though, sorry. Though that probably exists too. )
